Target market and consumer base
Target Market is B2B - We look to advertise all retail brands that sell products above Rs 1500 and want to convey their brand value to customers in person, with evidence that the consumer has understood the product.
Customers Base - Would be the users, who would download the App and interact with products. This would be the 25 million Indian credit card holders, ie retail consumers filtered within the app for their interests.
Utilisation of funds
To Run The Pilot Project -
10 lacs - Advertising capital to bridge funding with future group. We already have a contract with mall that retails 150 brands within our city, to advertise all these brand via Moby and payment for same will be done by the Mall company within 30-60 days credit.
10 lacs - To market and download the App with users. This includes a mixture of online and Offline marketing to push the app for downloads amongst residents within the mall catchment area.
10 lacs - expenses for in-house and outsourced services for 6 months. Most services are outsourced and fixed with small creative companies and rest would be salary for in-house staff.
