I am Currently working as Branch Manager with Berger Paints limited. 12 years of Channel management and B2B experience at Berger Paints, Asian Paints and Vardhman Threads Limited. I Have Diversified geographical experience at Delhi ,Lucknow and Haryana Market.

I am open for new challenges which would enhance my learning & hone professional skills. Any new role has to attract mutual value addition and one should enjoy every second at work. I don't believe in setting a personal milestone . My work should engineer new ways at workplace to maximize the qualitative & quantitative objectives of the organization and provide sound sleep to all stake holders.

I am responsible for maximization of width and depth of channel partners juxtaposed with overall hygiene. I am directly responsible for BTL activities and secondary sales with the help of BD team. 
Apart for sales responsibilities, I manage the back hand operation of Depot with the help of CFA and commercial staff.

I worked at Lucknow for 4 years and attracted organic & inorganic growth at the cost of biggest player i.e Berger paints. Lucknow is among few depots where Asian Paints is follower. I enjoyed my 2 year term at Delhi which was a "Key Account " profile. The job was to increase the width of the market which was dominated by 6 big players. I catapulted the growth theory at "Gurgaon" depot with Network addition, Machine installation , Depot management & Service facilitation.

April 2005 – May 2006 (1 year 2 months)New Delhi Area, India

The job was a"B2B" sales. I used to attract business from Big Export houses . Major accounts were Orient Craft, Orient Fashion, L M Exports, Sumit Fashion & Modelamma Exports.It was coupled with nurturing relationship with Merchandiser & Purchase Managers.
