We are building a marketplace bringing sellers/providers of school products & services online with an aim to create a single platform which caters to all the learning & education needs of a child both in and out of the classroom. Our GTM strategy revolves around bringing the vendors entrenched in the Institution ecosystem online. This ensures access to a captive customer base. Consequently, the salient features of our operations are
- Recurring Revenue with a high LTV.
- Scalable Revenues – For every vendor we convert the equations is – 1 Vendor ~ 10 Schools ~ 15,000 Students.
- Unit positive Transactions – We work on a negligible CAC and receive margin share from Vendors & offer Zero Discounts.
- Insightful data – Age, physical attribute, location, interests in order to better engage the customers.
Further, the sellers use our solutions to manage both their online & orders as well as fulfilment and have witnessed tangible cost benefits, thereby creating a significant exit barrier..
We are also deepening our engagement with the ecosystem by reaching out directly to the school and managed 100% order for 4 schools. With a recent CBSE guideline on banning all commercial activities of School we see a lot of interest from schools as well as the vendors.
As we progress the plan is to evolve into a platform which can partner with the parents to facilitate their child’s entire education and development process.
We are currently at early revenue stage with approx. revenue 5 Cr in YTD 2017 and 19 K transaction till June 17.
Having validated our business model across 4 cities, we are moving towards a high growth stage and are looking to raise INR 3 Cr to execute the growth.
