Our Hiring Process


Our Recruitment Team is dedicated to providing a unique experience. We recognize that making the decision to consider a new position can be tough and we are happy you’re exploring our openings. Here is our interview procedure-

  1. Application Processing: A Recruiting Team member reviews your application. Either way, selected to move forward or not, you will hear from us – typically within 3-4 business days.
  2. Screenings: A telephonic interview will be conducted if we are moving forward.
  3. Video Round: Depending on the work profile, there will be 2-4 video/telephone interviews.
  4. Face to Face Interview: Finally, you’ll get to meet ANGLEPaisa employees in person before the final result is made.

The interview process can take several days to a few weeks, depending on the work profile.
